How does one ask "can you" in Japanese. For example: Can you meet? Or can you talk tomorrow?

Hi Cindy, You can say 1. " あったらどうでしょうか" (attara doudeshooka". 2. あしたはなしたらいいでしょうか。(ashita hanashitara iideshooka). In this case we use Verb+ tara doo/ii?
