name+hall, Ex: Clifford hall or Earls hall ..what does it mean? In English or Arabic it's OK I just want to know what does *Hall* mean in this situation thanks in advanced

You haven't actually given the situation...but I think the context is the name of a place :-) Normally a 'hall' is any large building that is used for public performances or events. Also, if it's part of the name of a place, so you should use a capital 'H'.
