Word formation Hello! I have to complete the second sentence so it has a similar meaning to the first sentence, using the word given. Can somebody help me? The first sentence is: Sven missed the meeting because his flight was delayed by three hours. The word given is RESULT The sencond sentence is: Sven missed the meeting as a ___________ delayed by three hours. Is it right if I say ' Sven missed the meeting as a resault of having his flight delayed by three hours'?

Yes, or "as a result of his flight being."

You can also say: The flight was delayed by three hours as a result, Sven messed his Meeting
