Me gusta cantar mucho. Me gusta bailar un poco. We put the degree of like or dislike - mucho, un poco - after the infinitive: cantar, bailar, comer, viajar, etc.

Out of the first two, "Me gusta mucho cantar" is OK. The other one is weird and you'll probably only hear it from latinos living in the US, because that's a word for word translation from English. However, "Amo cantar" and "Me encanta cantar" are an order of magnitude more common. On the phrases about dancing, none of those are the way we speak. What, exactly, do you want to express?
