Here's one version :) I am a grumpy man, perhaps, but with all my years experience I am getting quite good at looking after materials. My manager is very happy with my work, although he has never told me that. For instance, once he asked the warehouse and administration teams to do a performance rating on myself. I got 3.8 per 5.0. After he discussed the same with the management team, they gave me 4.43. This is an excellent rating. When I submitted a leave job application, they agreed and gave me three weeks off to travel allowing me to return after these three weeks. But I refused and I left the job and traveled to Europe. This was two months ago and now I am unemployed. Recently, my previous manager sent me an SMS to ask me to come back to the company. I am not interested in going back though as I want to find a new job and a new company to challenge myself.
