Is it correct to say "I’m sure the person she wants to hear a wish from the most is you." I'm trying to convince Jack to Jane's birthday but Jack doesn't want to go because he's sill mad at her. As a friend, I say this to Jack: "Just come. I’m sure the person she wants to hear a wish from the most is you." Does it sound natural? I want to emphasize him. Thanks

'she wants to hear a wish from you' isn't something that we say in English. We do say 'I wished her a happy birthday' but not like in your sentence. You could say 'I'm sure she'd really like to see you', or 'you're the person she wants to see the most'.. :)
