Does it sound natural to say "I won’t be a surplus in your life anymore." When someone doesn't want me in their life anymore and I can finally accept the truth. Does it sound natural if I say "Okay, I won’t be a surplus in your life anymore." Thanks

No. You don't use "surplus" in this sense, "drag", "annoyance", "bore", "pest", "pain in the neck/ass" would be better terms.
