Luis
is correct to ask the following question: by where are you going to go out from here? I was with my friend at the university and I asked him that question and he didn't understand me. I am not sure if that question is correct. I tried to ask him which door he is going to use to exit from the university.

Hi Luis. It sounds a little strange and confusing - to be direct I would say "which exit are you going to use? You could add " to leave the university" if the context is not clear. Hope this helps.
