I do it all. I want say , I do anything to reach to a goal. could I say " I do it all"?

I would say no. "I do it all" is used to say that you generalize in something. You could instead say, "I'm all in."

People often say "I'll do anything to ..." Be careful, though. This can be an unwise thing for a female to say to a male, in some circumstances. For a male, too, to say this can open the way for someone to propose unpleasant or criminal behaviour.
