Play rough and tumble (with dog/) My friend mentioned that he used to play rough and tumble with his dog when he was a child. Im not sure what exactly does this mean. "He was pretty chill and he let me play rough and tumble with him."

"Rough and tumble" is a phrase. This usually envokes the image of an active playing without aggression, but a joyful wildness. 😁
