What is the difference between(a few/ few), and(a lot/lots)?

Exact numbers would vary a lot ;) depending on the situation. In a room in a house, a few people might be 2-3 and a lot would be more than 6 or 7. In a town square, a few people might be 10 or 20, and a lot might be over 1000. If this isn't what you meant, you need to rephrase your question.

Hello Maria, "a few/few" is used to describe a small amount/number/quantity of something while "a lot/lot" is used to describe a large amount/number/quantity. Examples: "I don't want to eat too many chocolates, so just give me a few." "There's no way I can finish all this work tonight; it's a lot." Hope that helps!
