Jacque is correct. They are similar, but slightly different. You could also use "You sound a little strange." Depending on the listener's relationship to you, they could be insulting/rude, or you being worried about the listener.

They are both very close with slight differences in feeling. It depends on who you are talking to and the situation. Are you talking to a friend or a stranger? What is it about?
