GRAMMATICALLY CORRECT (but I don't understand your meaning. What do you mean by paths?) You've done everything possible to separate our paths. INCORRECT: You've done everything possible our paths to be separated.

There’s no difference in the meaning, though the second sentence should read “you’ve done everything possible FOR our paths to be separated”
