I would like to write an email for a person that I don't know.. I would like to write an email for a person that I don't know; in the end of the email: Should I write "Best or Yours"? and Should I write "Faithfully, Regards, or Sincerely? I would be grateful if you can tell me more details about the differences between them. Thank you very much in advance for your consideration and help.

For someone you don't know, either "regards" or "sincerely" is fine. I don't think "sincerely" is used much anymore. I see "regards" all the time. If you want to make it a warmer closing, you can add a modifier, for example, "warm regards" or "best regards."
