Help(please) Hi, there Which one of THESE sentences is right? “I’ve been trying to sell my car for the past 3 weeks and I finally HAVE today” or “I’ve been trying to sell my car for the past 3 weeks and I finally DID today” or “I’ve been trying to sell my car for the past 3 weeks and I finally DID IT today” Thank you

To me “I’ve been trying to sell my car for the past 3 weeks and I finally DID IT today” seems more natural.

Couldn’t I say “did it”?

"I've been trying to sell my car for the last three weeks, and finally sold it today. "

I had been trying to sell my car since three weeks ago and finally (sold/did) it today. Although I am not native and it was just my opinion.
