Do I need to use the present tense when use every something? I will teach English at the camp every morning in the summer vacation. Do I always need to use the present tense when I use every day, Evey week ,every something...? Thanks.

No you could just as easily say I taught English every morning (past) I teach English every morning (present) I will teach English every morning (future)

Your example sentence is in the future, not the present. The simple present tense is used for facts, routines, and habits.
