The meaning is the same. Only the usage pattern is a little different.
- 취직 = a colloquial, everyday word. It simply means a finding/taking a job.
- 취업 = more formal and broader than 취직. 취업 is common in news stories, legal language, and so on.
So, if you're talking with your friend about finding a job, you'd say 나 취직하려고 해, 취직 자리를 알아보고 있어, 취직이 안 돼서 고민이야, etc.
But in newspapers, they'll talk about 취업 전선 (job search front), 취업난 (unemployment problem), 현지 취업(travelers/expatriates taking a job locally), 위장 취업(employment as a false cover), etc.
