Correct usage is #2, Niwantha (no 'to')

However, I believe you can say "Can you text your number to me?". I would say this for example when a person is texting his/her number to someone else in front of me, and I need to stress that I want it too. I imagine myself in that situation, and that's what I would say... "Can you text it to me too?" Can any native speaker confirm this?

You don't put "to" there because "text" is a transitive verb.
