Odd one out Hello everyone, I need help to write the instructions for an exercise. It is the typical "Mark the odd one out" only there's more than one odd one out. So how could I express this? "Mark the odds ones out" I guess is incorrect, right? Mark the odd ones out?

Mark the ones that don’t belong.

Are you asking people to mark items that are incorrect, or that don't fit a pattern that other items follow? The phrase "odd one out" does generally seem to apply to a single item or person that is left out, doesn't belong or fit in, is single when others are paired, etc.
