Each and every sensible question deserves an answer. . Each means take every one of them, one by one and treat all of them, the same. . Give each apple a sticker. . Every just means do them all. . So almost the same, just "each" stresses the fact that every sinlge one gets done. Wash every apple. Wash each apple individually. . We will check the quality of every apple with the vision system. We will check the quality of each and every apple with the vision system. - just stressing the single aspect We will check the quality of every single apple with the vision system. - just stressing the single aspect - equivalent to using "each" . So you can say "Give each an apple." So you can say "Give each person an apple." So you can say "Give every person an apple." So you can say "Give every single person an apple."

They are almost the same. Only use "Each" when talking about two or less things. If there are more than two things then both of them are fine.
