Tell me please, what's the difference between them What is the difference between "kind of" and "sort of"? Thanks in advance! =)

There is no difference, hence they are used interchangeably. Both adverbs soften other words and phrases so that they do not appear too direct or exact. Kind of is more common in American English. Sort of is more common in British English.
