We might use the word "shrimp" to mean a very small person. It tends to mean "pitifully small".

We use the suffix "-toid/-oid" to mean "like, similar to".

Girl B means to say, "you're both very small / very petite" (like a shrimp!).  However, this is not a standard word and just sounds like slang between friends.
