I'm confusing about tenses, please help me out Which one is correct between these 2 sentences: 1. I'll wait until he finishes his novel. 2. I'll wait until he has finished his novel.

This mean the same thing, despite the different tenses.

Both are grammatically correct, but the meaning has a different feeling. Number 1 could mean he is writing a novel, number 2 feels like he is reading it. Basically - both are correct! Perhaps more could be added to specify if he is reading ro writing his novel?...
