What is 'horse-shouldered'? I read a book about Greek mythology, where I came upon a desription as below. The horse-shouldered river-gods crowded in beside the fish-white sea-nymphs and their lords of salt. Does it mean they are half men and half horses? And, 'lords of salt' means lords of salt water?
