There are colloquial phrases which are used by wealthy people.  Such questions with te-form mean the same as これを見たことがありますか？

これを見たことがあって、＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿。＝話が続きますね。話はまだ終わっていない。

これを見たことありますか？＝質問をしている。聞いている。

It means "I have seen this."

"これを見たことありますか？"
It means "Have you ever seen this?"
