Yes, it's perfectly natural. You forgot the "t" in students, but that's the only mistake that I see.

You are missing a 't' from the word 'students', but apart from that it is perfect. You asked if it is 'natural'. The simple answer is 'yes'. There is a more complicated answer if you want to know it... because in English we change the choice of words sometimes depending on the situation and who is speaking. And you haven't said what the situation is or who is speaking. Your choice of words sounds like someone who is working in an official position, or a newspaper report. If it was student speaking to another student they might choose a different set of words with the same meaning, for example 'The principal told us to keep away from the kids who were already sick.'
