Is this sentence correct? hi Guys :) another one that I can't deal with: You are always given a written medical report of all the medical tests (??or examinations??) carried out (??or conducted??) at our health centre. the sentence should be formal, and it should mean that: the doctors will give you a written document of all the medical examinations that you had at the clinic. cheers :)
