Hi Tiger,
In America, when we speak of our score on an exam, we say one of the following:
1. I got 100% on my _____ exam;
2. I got a perfect score on my _____ exam; or
3. I scored 100% on my _____ exam.
Have a nice day,
Shani

Oliver’s suggestion is good, but “marks” is common in British-English but uncommon in American English. In AmEng, you could say “I got a full score on the TOEFL” or, with greater clarity, “I got the highest possible score on the TOEFL.”
