Tipping is not obligatory in Poland. However, a tip of 10 to 15 percent is greatly appreciated. You can tip a waiter, a bartender or a taxi driver. Poland is not a cash country. Most payments are made by card (contactless or by phone). In the restaurant you can leave a tip in cash on the table or ask the waiter to charge extra 10% off your card. Have a great trip to Poland!
