Is any of these options correct? "It is a Latin formula that has passed into Spanish phraseology"/"It is a Latin formula that has tranferred into Spanish phraseology." The idea I'm trying to express is that a Latin expression is nowadays used in Spanish and is now considered part of Spanish phraseology.

Hi L.K., to best convey your meaning, I would choose the first sentence since "passed into" communicates the idea that the originally Latin expression is now accepted and used in Spanish a bit more smoothly than "transferred into", in my opinion. (I recommend replacing "formula" with "expression", however, because "expression" is a word more often used to describe linguistic phrases than "formula" and sounds more natural.)
