Who can tell me What does “which” refer to? Thanks! It has not granted to any other person or entity any of the rights granted by it to the other party hereunder or which might interfere with the other party’s full enjoyment thereof.

Assume there are 2 parties to this contract, company A and company B 'which', refers to 'rights' possessed by company A and not already assigned to company B. The entire statement is saying that Company A cannot give anyone else the 'rights' that it has already given company B. It is also saying, company A cannot give anyone else any other 'rights' where these rights stop or hinder company B's full enjoyment of the rights that have already been assigned to B.

It's very hard to figure out what which is referring to in this short excerpt. A longer excerpt might be helpful, and sentences previous to the one you provided will make it clearer.
