Are these two sentences exactly the same(if there are even minute differences please mention it.) 1.We love each other 2.We love one another. The second sentence doesn't sound natural to me.

I cannot see anything wrong with either of them. Some things don't sound natural, even to native speakers, but are accepted speech. I tend to use the expression "Deep Joy!" when I am really happy about something but most people would not. That is an example for you.

Some grammarians argue that ''each other'' should be used only when two charters are involved. And ''one another'' when more than two characters are involved.
