Does cannot mean like "shouldn't"?
I think cannot usually mean not to able to but in conversation it seems to me, cannot also means a strong advice or an order. Not just unable, I guess
Am I right?
You are right 'can not' (two words) means that you are not able to do something. 'Shouldn't' means it is not a good idea, it means you can do it but it is better if you don't.

'cannot' can possibly mean 'shouldn't' with the right tone and context, but usually it doesn't.
'I cannot' generally means 'I'm unable'
