There's only one mistake. In sentence 3 it should be 'years' plural.

You might get some answers from some people about sentence 6 - should you use 'was' or 'is' - the action of seeing 'was' in the past, but then it 'is' a fact (or your experience) - personally I'd say both are acceptable
