These are all spoken English constructions, It is just a shortened way of saying “or something (similar to that)” - they wouldn’t be valid in writing or formal situations.

Hi Simone, If you think of it as 'or something like that', it makes more sense. Is he your friend or something (like that)? He must be mental or something (like that). What's the name of the pub or something......INCORRECT.
