Natural and well-formed? Hi Is this natural? He was totally addicted to surfing the Net and searched many different sites with no specific purpose. Is "with no specific purpose" Ok? How about the rest of the sentence? Thanks

Your answer is okay, however, this sounds more natural: He was totally addicted to surfing the net, aimlessly searching scores of sites. He was totally addicted to surfing the internet, aimlessly searching scores of websites. (more formal)

This sentence sounds completely natural. However, you could break it up into two sentences, such as, "He was totally addicted to surfing the Net. He searched many different sites with no specific purpose."
