Should you say “This is a list of things that seem hard to believe that actually happened” or “This is a list of things that IT seems hard to believe actually happened”?
Which one of THESE is right?

“This is a list of things that seem hard to believe that actually happened”
= “This is a list of (things that seem hard to believe that actually happened)”
The other version is unnatural.
