Is there any big difference between these sentences? Is there any big difference between these 3 sentences? Also: Is the grammar form -더니 commonly used in the everyday speech?

It's a matter of nuance, so I can't explain very clear, but... (It's snowing today. But yesterday it rained, didn't it?) (It rained yesterday, yet today is snowing.) (Though it rained yesterday, today is snowing.)
