Not and Nor in the sentence ... Not all the professionals are experts, nor all the experts are good practitioners. Is that sentence grammatically correct? FIY, what I meant in the previous sentence is that "Not all the professionals are experts and not all the experts are good practitioners"

Not all the professionals are experts, nor are all the experts good practitioners. Also, unless you are referring to a specific set of professionals and experts, you can drop “the” and it would sound much better. For example. Not all professionals are experts, nor are all experts good practitioners.
