It sounds a bit awkward, if not incorrect. The sentence seems to mean "I hate it so much", "I'm sick of it", but there's no word like '시렵다' in Korean. Well, '시리다' may have been transformed into '시려워', '시려', etc. and this word basically mean '(fiercely) cold : 손이 시리다(my hand is freezing)', 'harshly (cold, painful) : 시리게 아프다(It harshly hurts)'. Wrong usage in that sentence, though.
