The Shower Dribbled Out

I saw a review while was looking for accommodation on a booking site:
'There was not much to dislike. The only bad point was the shower, it only dribbled out.'

I didn't understand clearly whether a complain is about leaking shower, that is not of much importance for me, or it is about low water pressure, that does really matter.

Low pressure. If shower just dribbles it means that the pressure is low and there's almost no water.

It's because the hotel system exchange the room

So...  I booked this accommodation eventually and spent a night their. The show had a showerhead of a very big diameter, thus the pressure was not enough for it.
