Is it acceptable to use going to cook now in talking... I feel lazy to say the pronoun... I am going to eat is the correct sentence but I am used to say "going to eat, going to cook" I think that is completely wrong in written English... But I use it in chatting...

No, you never say that in conversation. It would either sound childish or rude to almost everyone. If it is your close friend, perhaps you can get away with it, but even then they would have to be used to your manner of speaking and be tolerant.

why not make it I´m going to eat. that way you get your lazy part in and still maintain the correct grammar.
