I'd like to know if "they are speaking the same language" equals to "they are on the same page"?
And does"you are speaking my language" mean you really know what I think or what I like?

Yes, these 2 idioms are very similar in meaning. However, it is more common to hear "you are speaking my language" than "they are speaking the same language".
