You can say “My blood pressure is 180 over 120” Hope I helped :)

If it was read out loud: "My blood pressure was one eighty over one twenty."

Cole has it right. At least in the US, we always read these numbers as "one eighty over one twenty." We don't bother to say "one hundred and..." when talking about blood pressure numbers. The context makes it clear that "one eighty" means 180.

"My blood pressure is one hundred eighty over one twenty" or you could shorten it to, "My blood pressure is one eighty over one twenty."
