Anthony, gelse de means literally 'Even Though I think', de = 'Even if', 'Although', 'even though', 'in spite of the fact that' gelse = gel-se = 'se' here is the conditional suffix, the 'if' part of the sentence, 'gel' means sounds like, I belive etc. Öyle bir durumda, bu yaptığım bana ne kadar saçma gelse de, In that sort of situation, even though what I do may sound total bullsh*t to me, Öyle bir durumda, In that sort of situation, bu yaptığım, what I do bana, to me ne kadar saçma, total bullsh*t gelse de, even though it may sound To thank properly, just say 'Çok teşekkür ederim.'
