The third option sounds the most natural. I would rephrase it to sound a bit more polite. Try this instead, "If you'd like to marry me, you must know that we will have to live with my parents." You may also try, "The only thing I ask is that we live with my parents once we are married." You may also want to followup with, "Is that OK with you?" I hope this helps!
