How to understand this sentence? "If you do too much high intensity practise,you'll burn out ,you'll get tired and bored,then you won‘t spend enough time practising,and you'll struggle to improve" How to understand "you'll struggle to improve"? It means you'll strive to improve or you'll have trouble to improve.

struggle means having problems like you try really hard but still don’t get the result. so “you’ll have trouble” is the correct one

It means that you will have trouble improving or that you will have a hard time improving.
