How do you say "what are the differences among"? I wanted to ask: what are the differences among "shrill", "shriek" and "static"?

We'd usually say "What are the differences between shrill, shriek, and static." That said, if you're googling, I usually just type "vs": "shrill vs shriek vs static" vs, or vs., is just versus/verse:
