무조건적인 전쟁 means "a war which is unconditional; reckless war"

at first i thought it means a war without reason but after reading the next sentence, Kim's guess sounds right !

We don't use '무조건적인 전쟁' in normal context, so I'm not sure what the phrase means. I really don't like this kind of nonsense words, but if you want to know, I can suggest this meaning: 'war willing to take any risk'
