Which of the following sentences is the correct one:
1) I have noticed that since I found a new girlfriend my life changed.
2) I have noticed that since I found a new girlfriend my life has changed.
3) I have noticed that since I found a new girlfriend my life is changed.
4)I have noticed that since I found a new girlfriend my life has been changed.

I think the second one is the correct one. And I have a doubt about the 4th sentence.
